Paula Sousa is the founder, CEO and creative director of Munna (2008) and Ginger&Jagger (2012) – product design brands exporting to more than 64 countries. Paula is also the founder and CEO of Presskit (2009), a communications company for design, furniture, architecture, and Portuguese authors. She is also a guest professor at the School of Arts and Design, Master of Interior Design and Postgraduate in Design for Social Impact.

Paula Sousa won 10 international design awards and was featured by publications such as the Financial Times, Wallpaper, New York Times and Forbes. She has a degree in Design from ESAD, a postgraduate degree in Communication from ESJ, and a specialist in management of luxury products and services from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

Paula is an admirer of Portuguese crafts and an activist for their preservation.
