Andria Santos is the CEO and Co-Founder of Fülhaus, an AI-powered interior design and furnishing company dedicated to improving performance of furnished real estate properties and hospitality business through good design.

Having graduated from Southampton University, UK with her LLB, Andria proceeded to work in the legal department of Air Canada for 4 years, refining her expertise in corporate and commercial law, employment law, and transportation law. From her early career, she then worked for a private real estate firm with a large portfolio of assets across Canada, the US, and Europe.

Fülhaus was devised to refine the art of designing and furnishing short-term rentals. Fülhaus has simplified the way property owners and managers can furnish their properties through the process automation of interior design and furniture procurement. In 2020 Andria successfully secured a $2M seed round, and in 2021 led Fülhaus on its development of a patent-pending machine learning algorithm that can reproduce a buyable furniture collection based on an inspiration image. Fülhaus launched its AI-powered design and furnishing app for furnished real estate in April 2023.
