Margarida Ramalho
Co-Founder & Executive Director | Católica International Business Platform
Co-Founder & Executive Director of Católica International Business Platform, an advanced initiative of “active learning”, launched in 2021. Lecturer in executive education programs since 2016. Guest Assistant of International Management and Foundations of Management (CATÓLICA-LISBON).
Margarida is also Board Advisor for strategic development of business and organization in SME and MNE.
Between 2004 and 2014, she was Director of Strategy & Corporate Development of Jerónimo Martins Group, and Board Advisor for International Expansion. She was also Deputy Corporate Secretary and Customer’s Ombudsman. She represented the Group at the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, at COTEC, and at conferences and seminars. She held leadership of several business units with responsibilities in Sourcing and Category Management. And, between 2000 and 2003, she was involved in digital transformation and Group reorganization projects.
She started career at Procter & Gamble, Marketing division, integrating the team that launched the subsidiary in Portugal, back in 1990.
She holds five-year bachelor’s degree in business management from the Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, and she attended several advanced management programs, including Driving Strategic Innovation (IMD/MIT), Value Based Management (Nova SBE), Balanced Scorecard (Norton & Kaplan), Advanced Management Program (Nova/INSEAD), Food Program (Cornell University), amongst others.
