With a degree in Architecture (2003) and a Master’s degree in Planning and Urban Design from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto (2012), Maria Luísa Meneses (1980) is an Architect and Administrator at Bysteel fs.

With 20 years of professional experience in Portugal and Qatar, Maria Luísa Meneses led one of the Architecture teams in the Doha City Metro project (2014-2018). In 2018, she joined the DST group, where she coordinates the Architecture team. She also performs coordination functions in the project for modular construction and industrialization of construction that DST is developing.

As for editorial projects, the following stand out: the publication of the Architectural Project for a Senior Residence in edition 71/72 “arq|a – architecture and art” (2009); publication of a scientific article at the PLURIS 2012 International Congress, Brasilia, Brazil, entitled “Evaluation Methodology of Urban Mobility for Elderly.”, and more recently the article “Repensar a forma como we construímos”, in the April edition of the biannual magazine DEcivil of the Department of ISEP Civil Engineering.
