Manuela Ribeiro is a consultant, trainer, and mentor, with more than 30 years of experience.

In her professional career, she has experienced several contexts, from large national companies such as Coelima Indústrias Têxteis, Sogrape Vinhos, Metro do Porto, STCP, NEXX, the environment of SMEs and micro-enterprises from various sectors of activity, the associative world as a trainer at Viniportugal and PortugalFoods and as well as monitoring start-ups, in specific mentoring programs.

Her work always takes place within the scope of a systemic vision of the company, with a special focus on the optimization and flexibility of processes, team management and the development of internal and external service quality, as well as in sustainability and circular economy. Fileira Casa’s Good Practices Manual on Sustainability and Circular Economy, developed for APIMA, is a concrete example of this integrated vision of business, the environment and society.

With a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto, Manuela also has several training courses at the Presencing Institute – Deep Systems Transformation and at Common Earth – The community for a post-carbon caring society.
